Job summary

GEICO Greenwood IN local office sales team seeks motivated individuals to sell auto and personal lines insurance while delivering outstanding customer service. You will work real-time internet-generated leads and maintain client relationships to support long-term growth.

Base pay starts at $17-$20 per hour based on experience, with monthly commissions/bonuses and incentives. The role offers a long-term career path, mentorship, and a supportive office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Ability to type at least 40 wpm and navigate quoting systems.
• Willing to obtain or possess Insurance Producer License (preferred).

We're looking for hardworking, and dedicated property and casualty insurance Sales Agents to work our real time, internet generated leads in our GEICO local office. Our office works year-round to grow and retain clients who entrust their home, auto and other insurance to us.

What you would do in this role:

• Learn the basics of GEICO insurance and how to sell our benefits to potential customers.
• Quoting prices and providing different options to each caller.
• Make sales (licensed) of auto insurance and other personal lines of insurance products while providing extraordinary customer service
• Service existing clients on auto, home accounts and ensure customers make buying decisions armed with the right amount of information
• Identify cross-selling opportunities during retention calls

A successful candidate brings:

• A knack for remembering data, processes and details.
