Job summary

GEICO Conyers Local Office is hiring an Insurance Sales Agent to join a team focused on helping customers save on coverage. You’ll work exclusive leads—no cold calling from scratch—and guide prospects from quote to close while delivering outstanding service.

Ideal candidates are motivated, able to multitask across quoting systems, and eager to grow with a supportive, training‑driven company. Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• GA Insurance Producer License preferred (Employer will cover licensing costs for the right candidate).
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and dependable, with strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills.
• High-energy and driven to be the best, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, call center-like environment.
• Strong computer, typing, and grammar skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Prior sales and customer service experience preferred; high school diploma required; college degree a plus; background and credit check required.

Responsibilities

• Learn GEICO products, quote and close prospect leads, and engage/follow up with new prospects
• Service existing accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities to support customer retention
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting client relationships
• Strong persuasion skills, competitive spirit, and a high-energy personality suited to being on the phone up to 75% of the day
• Strong computer skills for multi-system quoting, sharp attention to detail, and punctuality to see each quote through to completion
