Dan Mensch GEICO Local Office in Allentown, PA is seeking a motivated Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a licensed insurance professional who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and finding the right coverage.

You will build relationships, learn customers' needs, quote and sell insurance products, and support policy reviews while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required (can be obtained upon hire for the right candidate).
• Previous insurance, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, positive, and comfortable working toward goals.
• Organized and comfortable working with computer systems.
• A customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
