The Atlantic District in Scranton is seeking an Insurance Agency Principal to guide daily operations and mentor a sales team in a community-focused setting.

You will cultivate client relationships, oversee risk management needs, and drive profitable growth while upholding our reputation for integrity and service. A strong leadership presence and licenses in PA are essential.

Qualifications

• Active PA Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Five or more years of experience managing insurance agency operations or high-level sales leadership.
• Deep knowledge of commercial and personal lines coverage.
• Demonstrable history of growing a profitable book of business.
• Advanced proficiency in agency management systems and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily agency operations in our Scranton office.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire our sales team to achieve meaningful growth targets.
• Cultivate and nurture long-term partnerships with clients to understand their risk management needs.
• Identify opportunities for agency expansion and streamline internal processes to improve efficiency.
• Serve as a lead ambassador for The Atlantic District within the local Scranton business community.
• Review financial performance reports to ensure profitability and sustainability.
