The Atlantic District, based in Ebensburg, PA, seeks an Insurance Agency Principal to lead the local office and grow the agency across Cambria County. You will drive strategy, mentor a team, and build trusted relationships with neighbors and businesses.

You will champion community involvement while delivering personalized protection solutions and guiding agents with integrity and a client-first approach.

Qualifications

• Requires Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing a profitable insurance book of business.
• Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage options.

Responsibilities

• Direct the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of The Atlantic District office in Ebensburg.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with local business owners and families to provide protection solutions.
• Manage and mentor a small, dedicated staff to ensure every client receives personalized care.
• Review existing policies and adjust coverage to meet evolving community needs.
• Lead local marketing and outreach initiatives to grow visibility and impact in the region.
• Maintain high standards of ethical practice and customer advocacy in every interaction.
