The Atlantic District in Ebensburg, PA seeks an Insurance Agency Principal to lead our local office with a community-first approach. You will guide strategy, mentor a team, and drive growth across the Ebensburg area.

You will nurture relationships with families and local businesses, review policies for evolving needs, and champion ethical practices while expanding our regional presence.

Qualifications

• Current Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing a profitable insurance book of business.
• Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage options.
• Strong local networking skills and ties to the Ebensburg area.
• Commitment to community involvement and local outreach.

Responsibilities

• Direct the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of the Ebensburg office.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with local business owners and families to provide protection solutions.
• Manage and mentor a small, dedicated staff to ensure personalized client care.
• Review existing policies and adjust coverage to evolving community needs.
• Lead local marketing and outreach initiatives to grow visibility and impact.
• Maintain high standards of ethical practice and customer advocacy.
