Formación

• Active Property & Casualty License required
• Life & Health License preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of sales and customer-facing experience
• Proven ability to meet goals and achieve results
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain insurance coverages and solutions clearly
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated mindset with ability to work independently
• Comfortable networking and developing new business opportunities
• Interest in professional growth within the insurance industry

Responsabilidades

• Obtain your Property & Casualty Insurance License through the sponsored licensing program
• Generate quotes and recommend insurance solutions
• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella Insurance products
• Build and strengthen customer relationships
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Learn key performance metrics and business fundamentals
• Gain exposure to marketing, leadership, recruiting, sales management and growth strategies
• Year One focused on licensing, training, and building a client base
• Year Two: expand book of business and leadership capabilities
