Job summary

Mykelly, in partnership with Farmers Insurance, offers an Agency Development Sales Specialist program designed to train and develop future insurance professionals into business leaders. You’ll work in a structured facility with coaching, licensing support and mentorship from Farmers‑affiliated experts.

You’ll complete training while building your sales book, with mentorship on marketing, recruitment, and growth strategies, and opportunities for advancement within the Farmers agency network.

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License prior to start.
• Minimum 1 year of sales and customer‑facing experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to explain insurance coverages clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes and recommend insurance solutions.
• Sell Auto, Home, Renters and Umbrella Insurance products.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and learn KPIs and business fundamentals.
• Gain exposure to marketing, leadership, recruiting, and growth strategies.
• Learn sales strategies and customer relationship management.
• Develop production skills through structured training and mentorship.
• Achieve performance goals while building a strong foundation for success.
