Year One places you with Kelly OCG on assignment to Farmers Insurance, focusing on licensing, sales strategies, and relationship management, with clear paths for advancement within the agency network.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• Life & Health License preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales and customer-facing experience.
• Proven ability to meet goals and achieve results.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain insurance coverages clearly to customers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable networking and developing new business opportunities.
• Interest in professional growth within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Obtain Property & Casualty license through the sponsored licensing program.
• Generate quotes and recommend insurance solutions.
• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella Insurance products.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Learn key performance metrics and business fundamentals.
• Gain exposure to marketing, leadership, recruiting, sales management and growth strategies.
