Farmers Insurance is offering an Agent Development Program in the Phoenix area to grow professionals from sales and service into agency leadership. The program provides hands-on experience, licensing support, and mentorship within an established Farmers agency.

You will work on client relationships, consultative sales, and business operations while progressing through a 2–3 year track designed for long-term career advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in sales, customer service, business development, leadership, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to complete licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn from an experienced mentor agent in a high-performing agency
• Build strong client relationships through consultative sales and service
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Develop new business through referrals, networking, and provided opportunities
• Manage client accounts, renewals, and service requests
• Complete industry training and licensing with full support and study materials provided at no cost
