Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager/Executive to provide professional account management and brokerage services for assigned clients, focusing on retention and advisory support throughout the policy cycle.

Working with Producers, AMs, and HUB colleagues, you will ensure timely deliverables, performance reviews, and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2 years of personal lines account management experience.
• Property and Casualty & Life and Health license or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with influencing C-level executives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint.
• High energy, detail-oriented self-starter.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HUB’s primary consultant to clients alongside Producers.
• Retain accounts and act as technical broker-expert.
• Prepare for client meetings and interface with decision makers.
• Build relationships with C-Level executives and carrier partners.
• Coordinate risk control, coverage outlines, and renewal requests.
• Oversee service delivery across the policy cycle and HIP HUB resources.
