Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager II to manage a more complex book of insurance and provide professional, courteous service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues. You may work independently or with a Producer to advocate for clients and grow the book.

You will handle the renewal process, review quotes, negotiate terms, maintain client relationships, and ensure accurate proposals and binders.

• Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet utilization.
• Applied EPIC Agency Management System experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Service day to day client needs including phone/e-mail inquiries and coverage questions.
• Manage renewal process including updated information, marketing, pricing negotiation, quotes, and invoicing.
• Review quote documents to ensure all insurance requirements are included.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Associate Account Managers to manage workload.
• Interact with underwriters to negotiate coverage and ensure favorable outcomes.
• Prepare proposals, binders, and accurate policy summaries.
• Set up and maintain electronic records.
• Share knowledge on coverage and exposures with the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
