Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years insurance brokerage or property casualty insurance experience in account management role preferred
• High School or equivalent
• P & C Insurance Producer License Required
• Current with all necessary CE credits in required lines and states.

Responsibilities

• Service day to day client needs including coverage questions, policy changes, payments, cancellations.
• Manage renewal processes including information updates, marketing, pricing, and invoicing.
• Review quote documents to ensure insurance requirements are included.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with underwriters to negotiate coverage and secure positive results.
• Prepare proposals, bind coverage, and create client policy summaries.
• Set up and maintain electronic records.
• Train team and share knowledge on coverage and exposures.
