HUB International in Bothell, WA is seeking an Account Manager II to support a complex commercial enterprise book. You will work with clients, producers, and underwriters to optimize coverage, pricing, and service delivery across multiple states.

Role requires proven insurance brokerage experience, a P&C license, CE credits, and professional designations. The position offers a hybrid schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Four or more years of insurance brokerage or property casualty account management experience.
• P&C Insurance Producer License required; CE credits current.
• Advanced professional designation desirable (AAI, ARM, CIC).

Responsabilidades

• Serve day-to-day client needs via phone and email on coverage questions, policy changes, payments, cancellations, etc.
• Manage renewal process: obtain updated information, marketing, terms and pricing negotiation, quote review, presentation of renewal numbers to producer and client, invoicing.
• Review quotes to ensure all insurance requirements are included in the proposal.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate coverage and maintain client records.
