Qualifications

• Passing the state licensing exam.

Responsibilities

• Build a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships in real estate and mortgage.
• Work with clients to understand insurance needs, analyze options from a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution.
• Achieve new business revenue targets monthly and as part of the team.
• Collaborate with the agency to grow and manage renewals and commissions.
