Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator in the United States (Arizona) to ensure accuracy and timeliness of policy documents, renewals, and client servicing.

You will serve as the main client contact for administrative tasks and stay current on insurance products and market trends. The role involves assisting with renewals, preparing proposals, reviewing carrier statements, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license from domicile is required and must be maintained.
• AINS and/or CISR designation preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Four‑year degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of client service experience in the insurance industry with a focus on personal lines.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus or a must in some locations.
• In-depth understanding of personal lines of coverage.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills for both in‑person and teleconference/webinar sessions.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills are required to maintain effective relationships with clients, co‑workers, carriers, vendors and others.
• Must be able to understand written and oral communications and interpret information written within policies.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and Word), agency management systems software, and online rating systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of insurance markets, products, services, insurance ratings and underwriting procedures.
• Must have a valid driver's license, the ability to travel to client sites and a reliable source of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serves as initial point of contact for the client and monitors questions, offering coverage recommendations with Account Management.
• Identifies, researches and provides resolution for routine client issues.
• Maintains client files with accurate documentation and communications per workflow.
• Assists with remarketing of renewals and prepares proposals as directed by Account Manager.
• Reviews policies for accuracy with carriers and handles endorsements and applications.
• Ensures carriers respond promptly to expedite claim settlements.
• Reviews policy audits and communicates significant differences to clients.
• Reviews cancellation requests to retain clients while protecting company interests.
• Keeps up to date with industry trends, products, legislation, coverage, and technology.
• Adopts innovative technology, including proprietary AI solutions, into service delivery.
• Participates in special projects as assigned.
