Relation Insurance Services, Inc. - RISI is seeking an Account Coordinator to ensure accurate policy documents, renewals, and daily servicing. You will be the primary contact for administrative tasks and stay current with insurance product trends.

The role emphasizes client communication and renewal retention. You will collaborate with Account Management, prepare proposals, and review carrier endorsements. A license, licensing maintenance, and strong MS Office skills are required, with travel to

Qualifications

Property and Casualty License required and maintained in home state.
AINS or CISR designation preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of client service experience in personal lines insurance.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills; presentations skills required.
Must have valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

Serve as the initial client contact and coordinate policy documents and renewals.
Review policies for accuracy and assist with endorsements and applications.
Support account management with renewals, communications, and file documentation.
Prepare proposals and assist with remarketing to improve retention.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technology; adopt AI tools.
