Job summary

Trucordia is seeking an Insurance Account Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for clients and manage new and renewal accounts with carrier partners.

The role requires 1–2 years in insurance or related fields, active P&C/L&H licenses, and strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with AMS360 is a plus and the position emphasizes accurate record-keeping and proactive client service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in insurance, customer service, or related field.
• Active P&C Insurance License or L&H License.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Active state-issued Insurance license (P&C and/or L&H) required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional service.
• Manage the placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners.
• Assist with gathering underwriting information and preparing submission materials.
• Maintain strong carrier relationships to secure competitive quotes and solutions for clients.
• Ensure the successful renewal and retention of accounts through proactive service and relationship management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the AMS360 agency management system.
• Collaborate with Producers, Senior Client Managers, and other internal stakeholders to support client needs. Handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and other routine service items efficiently and accurately.
