Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Summarize current programs and expiring exposures.
• Draft proposals and stewardship reports using templates.
• Create premium billing allocations and review carrier invoices.
• Coordinate policy and endorsements, review coverages for differences.
• Coordinate audits and resolve audit disputes.
• Process cancellations and non-renewals.
• Order loss runs and generate proofs and endorsements.
