Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator to support Account Management and Consulting teams.

You will respond to client requests, prepare reports, and help ensure timely, accurate deliverables while maintaining a professional image with clients, carriers, and vendors. Responsibilities include open enrollment coordination, RFP support, and creating client communications using Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Life, Health and Accident License required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; may be required depending on location.
• Working knowledge of insurance markets, products, services, ratings and underwriting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing administrative support to Account Managers and service team members.
• Serve as client advocate and primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Prepare client reports, ACA/SPD, 5500 filings, and actuary reports.
• Assist with enrollment, presentations, and RFP processes.
• Review contracts and SPD summaries for accuracy and alignment with client needs.
