Job summary

Relation Insurance Services in Fresno, CA is seeking an Account Coordinator, Xpress to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of policy documents, renewals and servicing for small commercial accounts. You will be the primary contact for administrative tasks related to client policies and stay current on industry products and changes.

You will collaborate with the Account Management Team to review policies, prepare endorsements, and support renewals to maximize client retention.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Property & Casualty preferred or required in some states.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus or a must in some locations.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with ability to present data clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint and presentations experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for clients and respond to questions on policy details.
• Review renewals and endorsements; assist with policy changes and carrier communications.
• Assist Account Management with renewals and client communications to improve retention.
• Process policy documents, endorsements, and applications; coordinate with carriers as needed.
• Support in audits, cancellations analysis and client communications.
• Stay current on industry changes, products, and technology; leverage AI tools as appropriate.
