Job summary

Relation Insurance Services seeks an Account Coordinator, Xpress to serve as the primary contact for small commercial accounts, handling policy documents, renewals and day-to-day servicing requests.

You will collaborate with the Account Management Team to recommend coverage changes, review carrier policies for accuracy, prepare endorsements and applications, and assist with renewals to maximize client retention.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty License required and must be maintained.
• Associates in Insurance (AINS) and/or CISR preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; four-year degree preferred.
• 2+ years of client service experience in commercial lines.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus in some locations.
• In-depth understanding of commercial lines of coverage.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills; strong communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Word.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for policy documents, renewals, and servicing requests.
• Advise on coverage changes with Account Management Team.
• Support remarketing of renewals to retain accounts.
• Review policies for accuracy and expedite carrier corrections.
• Prepare endorsements and applications as directed.
• Coordinate carrier responses to facilitate claim settlements.
• Review policy audits for accuracy and communicate differences to clients.
• Assist with cancellations and pursue retention opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry info, new products, and AI solutions integration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
