Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. seeks an Account Coordinator, Xpress to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of policy documents, renewals, and day-to-day servicing for small commercial accounts, serving as the primary client contact.

The role supports the Account Management team and facilitates carrier communications to keep service levels high. The candidate should hold a Property & Casualty license, have 2+ years of client service in commercial lines, and possess strong analytical, Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

• A Property and Casualty License from state of domicile is required and must be maintained.
• Associate in Insurance (AINS) and/or CISR designation preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of client service experience in the insurance industry with a focus on commercial lines.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus or a must in some locations.
• In-depth understanding of commercial lines of coverage.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to understand written and oral communications and interpret information written within policies.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Must have a valid driver’s license, the ability to travel to client sites and a reliable source of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a point of contact for the client and manages policy documents, renewals, and servicing tasks for small commercial accounts.
• Identifies, researches and resolves standard client issues in partnership with Account Management.
• Supports remarketing of renewals to maintain high client retention and creates proposals as directed.
• Reviews policies from carriers for accuracy and expedites corrections to policies, endorsements, and applications.
• Facilitates prompt carrier responses to settle claims and communicates significant audit differences to clients.
• Maintains knowledge of industry trends, new products, legislation, and technology to improve service quality.
• Adopts innovative technology, including proprietary AI solutions, in the service process.
