Qualifications

• Familiarity with carrier policy review and endorsements processes.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a point of contact for the client and coordinates with Account Management on coverage changes.
• Researches and resolves standard client issues.
• Supports remarketing of renewals to aid account retention and creates proposals.
• Reviews carrier policies for accuracy and expedites corrections as needed.
• Facilitates prompt carrier responses to settle claims.
• Tracks policy audits and communicates differences to clients.
