Job summary

TruTeam in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Sales Consultant to grow residential and light commercial accounts, selling insulation and building materials.

You will identify leads, perform daily sales calls, prepare proposals, and build lasting relationships while meeting targets. A valid driver's license and 3+ years in construction sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in building products or construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate and follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls and provide proposals.
• Generate new business, manage accounts, and build trusted relationships.
• Present product knowledge and recommend materials based on customer needs.
• Meet monthly sales targets and communicate safety programs at sale inception.
• Manage customer experience from sale to project completion.
