Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to sell insulation and building products to residential and light commercial customers. You will identify leads, make daily sales calls, present proposals, and manage accounts from sale through project completion.

You will need 3+ years in building products/construction sales, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to travel locally (>50%). The role offers base pay with commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Responsibilities

• Sell product lines to residential and light commercial accounts.
• Identify prospective customers and generate/follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend materials based on customer needs.
• Understand market conditions, products, and competitors.
