- One year of computer software and hardware maintenance and repair.
Responsibilities
- Install software and troubleshoot compatibility issues.
- Assist faculty, staff and students with hardware and software problems.
- Monitor, analyze, and repair software and hardware issues.
- Track help desk problems and document resolutions.
- Complete Help Desk tickets and document resolutions in the IT Ticket System.
- Maintain computer inventory per College guidelines.
- Upload multi-media presentations to TV displays in classrooms.
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by IT leadership.
