Pensacola State College seeks a Coordinator, Technology Support to lead the Technology Support Center staff, manage daily operations, and ensure high-quality technical and audiovisual assistance across the college.

The role collaborates with other Coordinators and reports to the Senior Coordinator, Technology Support, to uphold performance, security, and customer experience. It also oversees asset inventories and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or closely related field.
• Two years of full-time technical support experience, with supervisory or lead experience.
• Background check required; comply with Florida Statutes background investigations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee assigned personnel and daily operations in Technology Support.
• Maintain inventories and asset lifecycle; coordinate disposal of surplus equipment.
• Provide advanced technical support, including account administration and network troubleshooting.
• Train staff and ensure contractual and performance requirements are met.
