Pensacola State College seeks a Coordinator of Technology Support to lead the Technology Support Center staff and field teams, ensuring reliable technical and audiovisual assistance across campus and maintaining consistent standards for performance, security, and customer experience.

The position requires an associate degree in computer science or IT, two years’ full‑time technical support experience with supervisory responsibilities, and a required background check.

Competenze

• Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or closely related field.
• Two years of full-time experience in technical support, including supervisory or lead experience.
• Successful background check is required.
• Florida statutes background investigations may apply per college policy; FDLE background check conducted for successful candidates.

Mansioni

• Maintain accurate inventories of technology assets and oversee equipment lifecycle management.
• Coordinate training for staff and ensure vendor/maintenance activities meet requirements.
• Provide advanced technical support including account administration and network troubleshooting; escalate complex issues.
• Collaborate with other Coordinators and report to the Senior Coordinator, Technology Support.
