Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or closely related field.
• Two years of full-time experience in technical support, including supervisory or lead experience.
• Successful background check is required.
• Florida statutes background investigations may apply per college policy; FDLE background check conducted for successful candidates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventories of technology assets and oversee equipment lifecycle management.
• Coordinate training for staff and ensure vendor/maintenance activities meet requirements.
• Provide advanced technical support including account administration and network troubleshooting; escalate complex issues.
• Collaborate with other Coordinators and report to the Senior Coordinator, Technology Support.
