Qualifications

• Bachelor’s? No — requires an associate degree and two years’ experience supporting networked computers in a large enterprise computing environment.
• Progressively responsible experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/repair college-owned computers, laptops, peripherals and software in labs, classrooms, and libraries.
• Support onboarding workers for network and telecommunications.
• Install, upgrade and maintain end-user computer equipment and software; ensure backups and proper reinstallation.
