Job summary

Capitol Bridge, LLC is seeking an Instructional Designer and Training Lead to design and maintain learning materials, coordinate training logistics, and manage records across multiple lanes of the program. The role includes developing e-learning, ILT, and virtual training solutions with SMEs.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 2+ years in learning and development, with strong LMS administration skills and a portfolio of instructional design work to showcase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Learning & Development, instructional design, or LMS administration experience.
• Experience designing and developing training programs and e-learning content.
• Strong LMS administration experience.
• Portfolio showcasing instructional design or LMS-related work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain learning materials for IDRE lanes and coordinate training logistics and records.
• Lead and develop Eligibility and Arbitration Trainers to ensure consistent training standards.
• Create facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments and manage knowledge transfer.
• Administer and support the LMS including deployment, testing, reporting, and enrollment.
• Coordinate virtual and live training logistics and evaluate training effectiveness.
