Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement employee learning programs including e-learning and instructor-led training.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and define objectives.
• Create engaging training content and interactive materials.
• Administer LMS, deploy courses, test, report, and manage enrollment.
• Coordinate virtual and live training logistics and measure effectiveness.
• Produce facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments.
