Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in Instructional Design or Learning Technologies.
• Professional certifications such as ATD CPTD or APTD are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Instructional Designers and coach for quality and timeliness.
• Define learning outcomes, standards, and workflows for the L&D team.
• Translate complex needs into scalable, engaging learning solutions.
• Ensure content quality, accessibility, and learner-centered design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align learning with business goals.
