SERVPRO Industries, LLC in Tennessee is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to craft on-demand, ILT, and blended learning for SERVPRO’s Schools of Learning. You will translate operational standards into engaging, instructionally sound content delivered through on-demand modules, live sessions, and LMS-based programs.

Reporting to the Director of Instructional Design, you will collaborate with HQ and franchise SMEs, ensure content aligns with SERVPRO’s brand, maintain version control,

Competenze

• 3+ years of instructional design experience in corporate training or franchise environments.
• Experience designing multi-modality learning (on-demand, ILT, blended).
• Background in SERVPRO Schools preferred (Restoration, Construction, Office, Biz Dev, Leadership, Onboarding).
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia.
• Understanding of LMS structure, content governance, and metadata best practices.

Mansioni

• Build high-quality learning content for on-demand modules, instructor-led training, blended programs, and microlearning.
• Translate standards, SOPs, and business needs into measurable learning objectives and structured experiences.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, participant guides, assessments, and multimedia assets.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand goals, performance gaps, and learner needs.
• Partner with SMEs to validate content accuracy and align with real-world practices.
• Collaborate with Field Capability to ensure ILT content supports evolving objectives.
• Maintain content standards, brand voice, and instructional design guidelines.
• Design QA reviews to ensure clarity, accessibility, and instructional integrity.
• Create assessments, knowledge checks, and capability validators.
• Work with Learning Experience to ensure proper LMS structuring and tagging.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to scope and plan content development projects.
• Incorporate learner feedback and operational changes into updates.
• Stay current on instructional design trends and adult learning principles.
