SERVPRO is seeking an Instructional Designer in Gallatin, TN, to design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning content across various modalities. You will translate operational needs into engaging, instructional experiences and ensure alignment with SERVPRO’s brand and learning strategy.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, field capability, and governance to deliver effective training for franchisees and HQ. Strong content development and analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of instructional design experience in corporate training, L&D, or franchise environments.
• Experience designing multi-modality learning (on-demand, ILT, blended).
• Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia).

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality learning content for on-demand modules, ILT, blended programs, and microlearning.
• Translate standards and needs into measurable learning objectives and experiences.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, assessments, and multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate content accuracy and alignment with real-world practices.
• QA reviews to ensure clarity, accessibility, and instructional integrity.
• Design assessments, knowledge checks, and capability validation tools.
