Qualifications

• 3+ years of instructional design experience in corporate training or franchise environments.
• Experience designing multi-modality learning (on-demand, ILT, blended).
• Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia).

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality learning content for on-demand modules and instructor-led training.
• Translate operational standards and business needs into measurable learning objectives.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, assessments, and multimedia assets.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand goals, gaps, and learner needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate content accuracy and align with practices.
• Ensure content adheres to SERVPRO’s standards and learning strategy.
• Design assessments and knowledge checks to measure learner progress.
