Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking an instructional designer to plan and manage learning initiatives across the organization. You will develop courses that meet learners' needs and align with strategic outcomes, collaborating to implement effective education strategies.

You will design curricula, process large volumes of information, and refresh materials through their lifecycle, working with minimal supervision in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced knowledge of instructional theories and educational psychology.
• Experience in evaluating course effectiveness and learning delivery.
• Experience in researching and writing course content and using tech tools.

• Advise trainers on course evaluation results and improvements.
• Plan and design courses and curricula; ensure content accuracy.
• Conduct needs assessments to tailor training for performance.
• Create and edit LMS activities; set up training in LMS and reports.
• Develop dynamic materials using current technologies to boost efficiency.
• Develop content, tests, graphics and other tech-driven products.
• Create blended classroom, online, and self-paced programs.
• Evaluate effectiveness of courses and delivery methods.
• Participate in instructional design project teams with scope and risk.
• Select effective instructional approaches and design models.
