Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or related field.
• 5+ years of instructional design & development experience in financial services context.
• 5+ years of budget management and coordinating in-person training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional design projects from inception to delivery, on time and within budget.
• Develop course outlines, learning objectives, assessments, and multimedia content.
• Ensure alignment with accessibility and brand standards across events.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and measure impact.
