Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union in North Carolina is seeking an Instructional Designer to join our Learning and Development team. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, learning professionals, and external vendors to design programs aligned with objectives and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include developing content, evaluating instructional technology tools, building implementation plans for engaging online experiences, and guiding learners through synchronous and asynchronous

Qualifications

Data analytics to create reports and ROI metrics.
Experience with dashboards in Tableau, webFOCUS, or Power BI.
Excel proficiency for data comparisons and management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience with Adult Learning Theory and instructional design preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the learning team and business units to align content with objectives and regulations.
Design and develop learning materials, guides, and tutorials for effective delivery.
Evaluate and implement instructional technology tools for engaging online learning experiences.
Build implementation plans for synchronous and asynchronous learner experiences.
