Job summary

Cybermedia Technologies is seeking a Senior Instructional Systems Designer on the East Coast to lead analysis, design and development of learning assets for federal clients. You will create storyboards, develop courses and materials, and ensure accessibility across modalities including classroom, virtual, and hybrid formats.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience, proficiency with Lectora or similar tools, and strong facilitation and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a senior instructional systems designer
• Experience designing courses with Lectora or similar authoring tools
• Strong facilitation, analysis and cross‑functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and design using ADDIE to identify gaps and create learning objectives
• Create storyboards for online and virtual instructor‑led learning assets
• Develop instructional materials including courses, curricula, student guides and manuals
• Deliver training adhering to client standards and Section 508 accessibility
• Design engaging learning experiences using interactive stories, games and simulations
• Collaborate with project managers to maintain schedules and milestones
• Develop visuals and audio elements using tools like Vyond, Camtasia and After Effects
• Leverage authoring tools (Lectora, Captivate, Storyline) to build interactive assets
