Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks an experienced and technical parts specialist who oversees installer counter sales and service. The role directs the installer service counter team, ensures staffing, recruitment, and efficient delivery operations, while delivering excellent customer service.

Bilingual or multilingual abilities encouraged; ASE certification and automotive repairs knowledge valued as plus. The company highlights a strong promote-from-within philosophy and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Leading technical parts specialist with mechanics background.
Above average communication skills.
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
ASE Certification preferred.
Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs advantageous.

Responsibilities

Maximize installer sales, focusing on market entitlement.
Direct installer service counter team to ensure highest level of customer service.
Coordinate staffing of installer service counters and delivery personnel.
Assist in recruiting: scheduling, interviewing and candidate evaluation.
Ensure efficient routing of delivery specialists to maximize service and minimize costs.
Handle commercial customer complaints in a friendly, efficient manner.
Oversee inventory discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting and corrections.
Ensure warranty parts and cores are billed before leaving the store.
