Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus; Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders by phone and online; invoice, pick and stage parts for delivery; route delivery staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
• Complete vehicle inspections daily and log mileages in fleet devices.
• Assist Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers.
• Verify all product/merchandise are billed before customers leave the store; credit returns promptly.
• Audit returns for warranty issues and ensure proper labeling; assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Handle backroom duties (auto-load, stock, etc.) and help with labor claims processing.
