Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to service professional customers at the installer counter. The role oversees delivery coordination, order accuracy, and vehicle maintenance, with emphasis on fast, reliable service. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will work with delivery staff and sales teams to maintain customer satisfaction, ensure warranty parts handling, and support front counter tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands‑on knowledge of automotive repairs (desired).
• ASE Certification (desired).
• Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders over phone and online; invoice orders; direct parts for delivery.
• Route delivery specialists to ensure timely order delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and inspected according to company standards.
• Assist on front and retail counters; support backroom duties as needed.
• Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
