Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to serve professional customers at the installer counter and oversee the delivery team to ensure accurate, timely orders.

Candidate should have strong mechanical background and communication skills; bilingual abilities are encouraged. The role includes coordinating with sales staff, handling orders, and supporting counter operations.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders quickly and accurately over the phone and online; invoice orders; direct parts pick, staging, and delivery routing for timely orders.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Ensure daily vehicle inspections and mileage are entered into fleet devices.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to deliver superior service.
• Verify that products, including warranty parts, are billed before customers leave.
• Ensure returns are picked up and credited promptly.
• Assist at front and retail counters as needed; support backroom duties.
• Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
