O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks an experienced and technically skilled installer counter specialist to lead the installer service counter team and drive top‑tier service and sales. You will coordinate with store management to staff ISSs, delivery personnel, and support staff, while modeling excellent customer service and efficient operations.

The role favors hands‑on automotive knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work with diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Leading technical parts specialist experience.
• Above-average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• ASE Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize installer sales and service quality.
• Direct and train installer service counter team and delivery staff.
• Collaborate with store manager on staffing and recruiting tasks.
• Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure returns, warranties, and billing are accurate and timely.
