Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to service professional customers via the store’s installer counter. You will oversee daily activity of the delivery team to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time, while building strong sales relationships with installers and professional customers.

Strong mechanical background and excellent communication skills are required; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders and direct delivery.
• Route delivery specialists to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per standards.
• Complete vehicle inspections on time and log daily mileages.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Managers for service excellence.
• Verify all product/merchandise are billed before customers leave.
• Manage returns and warranty credits promptly and accurately.
