Carter Lumber is seeking a skilled Installed Manager to oversee installation services and remodeling work performed by installers and subcontractors. You will manage schedules, coordinate field personnel, and ensure quality workmanship in line with company standards.

You will lead a team, maintain safety programs, and drive customer satisfaction through reliable service and effective problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of installed sales or related building materials experience.
• Strong knowledge of installation methods and process improvements.
• Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified field personnel and subcontractors.
• Coordinate installed services and ensure work meets contract requirements.
• Schedule installations and manage timelines to meet goals.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA regulations are followed.
