Carter Lumber is seeking an Installed Manager to oversee installation services, repairs and remodeling by employees and subcontractors. You will manage schedules, ensure quality workmanship, and drive customer satisfaction in line with company goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong installation knowledge, and the ability to analyze issues and implement improvements while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of installed sales or related building materials experience.
• Strong knowledge of installation methods and process improvements.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide practical recommendations.
• Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and recruits qualified field personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensures paperwork requirements are met and work aligns with code of conduct.
• Collaborates with Installed Service Manager to build a strong installed sales team.
• Schedules and coordinates installed services and identifies sales opportunities.
• Ensures jobs are completed timely and to contract; resolves issues respectfully.
• Directs safety practices to ensure OSHA standards are followed and inspections occur.
• Directs training to installers to meet regulatory guidelines and safe installation.
