Job summary

Carter Lumber is seeking an Installed Manager to oversee installation services, repairs and remodeling work by installers and subcontractors. The role includes managing schedules, ensuring code-compliant work, and delivering high-quality customer service.

The Installed Manager will collaborate with the Installed Service Manager to build a strong team and meet sales and margin goals. Responsibilities include program and job management, safety oversight, and training to ensure installers follow

Qualifications

2+ years in installed sales or related building materials or installation.
Strong knowledge of installation methods and process improvements.
Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
Ability to analyze problems and provide recommendations.

Responsibilities

Identify and recruit qualified field personnel and subcontractors.
Schedule and coordinate installed services with timely completion per contract.
Work with the sales force to identify installed sales opportunities and present to customers.
Ensure OSHA safety standards are followed and inspect sites for safety.
Direct and train installers to meet regulatory guidelines and company policies.
