• 2+ years of installed sales or related building materials experience.
• Strong understanding of installation methods and process improvements.
• Ability to analyze problems and apply practical solutions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified field personnel and subcontractors.
• Coordinate installation schedules and ensure paperwork requirements are met.
• Ensure installers perform work per code of conduct.
• Collaborate with Installed Service Manager to meet sales and margin goals.
• Schedule and coordinate installed services.
• Identify installed sales opportunities and present to customers.
• Research market opportunities to grow installed sales.
• Ensure timely job completion and quality workmanship.
• Oversee safety compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Direct training for Installers to meet regulatory guidelines.
